Our in-house software, allows DeJean the ability to efficiently manage projects by providing daily, weekly, and monthly cost updates, productivity reports, resourced progress reports and CPM schedules on a project-by-project basis. We track productivity and change orders for time and material projects against pre-established budgets, just as if they were lump sum contracts. Taking advantage of two week look ahead schedules, we review work that was completed the previous week and look ahead two weeks at actions that need to take place to maintain project on-time completion.
